   1. Building issues update The staff lounge and Cox office/parent room are done being treated and stuff is being moved back in.

   2. Auction - Becky We are still accepting donations if you have them. The auction site will open at 9am on 3/17! Link will be going out soon. We have a lot of amazing items, including some really cool sports memorabilia and some fun teacher donated experiences. Please check it out!

   3. STEM fun day March 17

   5. Weeding books and reorganizing library - Katie I do this usually every Tuesday morning and could really use help if anyone is ever available! We are working on removing books that are in bad condition and books that are outdated.

   6. Brick Buck Cart and Staff Lounge -Katie We have a cart sponsor for March but if you want to sponsor that staff lounge restock for this month or either one for upcoming months let us know!

   1. March and April Activities - Katherine

      1. Conferences March 16- Food? Goodlyfe approved, 15% discount still available. Katie to get order form sent out to staff asap.

      2. Kindergarten Info Night April 11- PTO there? Starts at 6pm, PTO can get up and give a little talk about what we do. Need someone to do this.

      3. Spring Fling dance April 28

         1. Set budget cap at $1000

         2. Dance will be from 5:30-7:30

         3. Need volunteers to help decorate after last lunch that day at 1:20

      4. Next PTO meeting 4/12/23

         1. We need to vote on officer positions for next year during the April meeting. If anyone is interested in running for one please let us know. We could really use the help if anyone is available, we would greatly appreciate it!

   2. Teacher appreciation week May 8-12- Anyone interested in helping organize this? If you have any ideas for good appreciation events for one of the days please let us know! If you would like to help us plan staff appreciation week email brickelementarypto@gmail.com

   3. Fifth grade recognition- Will PTO cover pizza, cupcakes, and juice boxes?

      1. Motion to pay for this voted on and approved. June 12, 80-85 students. Cox to order pizza and PTO will pay for it. PTO will get the cupcakes and juice boxes. Need plan for putting together gift bags.
